We are consultants committed to providing complex solutions to all aspects of trade practices mainly concerning the area of industrial investment projects. We offer our clients contractual, personnel and tax consulting services for both the preparation and implementation phases of any domestic or international investment project. We arrange and organise tender procedures for technology suppliers and draw up contract documents, including the evaluation of related risks.

If the client has obtained a project co-funded from the EU side, we also assist in the preparation of contract documents, arrangement of commissioning procedures and other activities in accordance with the methodology of the respective operational programme.
